Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior approval. Requests for a return authorization number or exchange approval number must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and a Return Authorization Number will be provided to you.

Returned merchandise must be returned in new condition and with the tags and packaging in the same condition as received, and accompanied with the Return Authorization Number or exchange approval number. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit for returns, and a $5 restocking fee will be charged for exchanges.

Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, eChecks, Money Orders, Gift Certificates and Checks. Please note that if paying by check you must allow 10 days from date the check is received to clear, after this time the order will be processed. A $30.00 fee will be charged for bounced checks.

Shipping
We currently only ship to U.S. Addresses. Please note that some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, therefore you may receive some items within your order separately. Custom orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time.
