La Bonne Vie Bebe contributes 2% of every sale to St. Jude
We believe in the power of prayer and wish to thank
every customer for making a difference in the life of a child with cancer.
Become a Partner In Hope with St. Jude and make a difference in the life of a child…
A special invitation from La Bonne Vie Bebe...You are invited to join La Bonne Vie Bebe by becoming a Partner In Hope® with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
Give hope to a child stricken with cancer by supporting St. Jude through their monthly Partner In Hope program.
The Partner In Hope family is made up of a very special group of St. Jude's most loyal supporters who give the necessary financial resources to ensure that no child is ever turned away because of a family's inability to pay.
As a Partner In Hope, you'll be making a vital difference in the lives of children who need your help by providing the funds to pay for the chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries St. Jude's patients desperately need. Many donors to St. Jude give $19 a month – about $.63 a day – while some give more and some give less. Whatever amount you choose, your dollars will give a critically ill child a second chance at life.
When you join St. Jude's Partner In Hope program by making your first donation you will begin receiving:
Monthly stories and photos of the children you are helping
A “Portraits of Hope" photo album to display your monthly pictures
Quarterly newsletters featuring the latest St. Jude medical and research breakthroughs
An annual copy of the St. Jude calendar featuring the art and stories of St. Jude patients
A holiday card you can sign and return with your own personal message of encouragement and support for the children of St. Jude as they fight to win their battles against cancer
St. Jude’s Research will be done only when they have found the right treatments so that all children can live healthy, cancer-free lives. They need your help right now. Your monthly gift could mean life to a St. Jude child.
By making a donation at La Bonne Vie Bebe, we will send you notification from St. Jude that your donation has been made. We cannot thank our customers enough for contributing to such an important charity.
If you would like to become a Partner in Hope like La Bonne Vie Bebe, please go to http://www.stjude.org/partnerinhope and make a difference in the life of a child.

About St. Jude and Math-A-Thon
While St. Jude offers prizes to all participants and their schools based upon the amount of money they raise, the benefits of participating in the Math-A-Thon are far greater. Not only do you hone your basic math skills, you help St. Jude fight diseases around the world.
Since St. Jude opened in 1962, the overall survival rate for children with cancer in America has risen from 20% to 70%. That means that if 10 children had cancer in 1962, only two of them would have survived. Today, seven of them would survive. While that is wonderful news, that still leaves 3 children who will not survive. That is why your help is so important. Without the money donated to St. Jude that funded the research that lead to successful treatments, eight out of ten children with cancer would still die. The more new treatments we have, the greater the chances that we will be able to cure, or even prevent cancer.
St. Jude is also working on a vaccine that we hope will help prevent the spread of AIDS. We are also participating in a national study of a new drug that we hope will help lead to a cure for sickle cell anemia.
In short, when you help St. Jude, you help kids around the world. One day, someone you know my benefit from the work done at St. Jude.
Join more than 25,000 schools and thousands of students in grades K-9 participating in the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Math-A-Thon® program. Now in its 27th year, Math-A-Thon is even more exciting with an updated CD-ROM as well as a newly redesigned Web site.

1. Schools hold an assembly during which students watch a video explaining Math-A-Thon and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital . Students receive sponsor forms and more information following the assembly.
2. Students take home the sponsor forms and return the attached permission slip signed by a parent/guardian.
3. New to the program this year is Math-A-Thon WIRED! This Volunteer Portal, accessible at our Web site, www.mathathonwired.org, allows both students and teachers to set up Web pages and contact potential sponsors via e-mail.
4. Students obtain sponsorships through family, friends and neighbors; asking them to sponsor the student for each problem that they answer correctly.
5. After gathering sponsorships the student completes the Math-A-Thon Fun book by solving a variety of math problems including hidden messages, puzzles and pure arithmetic operations. The Math-A-Thon Fun book is available in paper form and as an interactive CD-ROM (PC version only).
6. After completing the problems offered in the Math-A-Thon Fun book, students collect the donations from their sponsors and return them to their coordinator.
