Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we can provide you with a gift certificate from La Bonne Vie Bebe. You may choose any amount you’d like as a gift. Your gift certificate can also be personalized with your name and the name of the person who is receiving the gift certificate. Please email gifts@labonneviebebe.com with your gift certificate order.
How do I care for my apparel and hats?
Please see the washing instructions that are included with each item. If you do not receive the washing instructions with your item, contact Customer Care and we will email the instructions to you right away.Will my items be shipped separately?
Your items may be shipped separately if you have purchased from 2 or more designer product lines.How soon will I receive my order?
If you have purchased from a designer who custom makes each order, it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your purchase. Otherwise, you should receive your order within 10 days at the most.Are my items shipped from La Bonne Vie Bebe?
Some of the items are shipped directly from La Bonne Vie Bebe Boutique, while others are shipped directly from the designer. We prefer that some of our products be shipped directly from the designer to reduce the chance of damage to the product during shipment to you.How are my orders shipped?
That depends on the individual designer preferences, but usually they are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Also, any items shipped directly from La Bonne Vie Bebe will be shipped USPS Priority mail as our first choice and UPS as our other option. If you have a preference, you may email shipping@labonneviebebe.com with your questions and preferences.Can you send my purchase or parts of my purchase to another address as a gift shipment?
Absolutely! Just email Customer Care at shipping@labonneviebebe.com with your purchase order information as soon as you place your order, and let us know what items and address(es) you wish your order to be shipped. Yes, we will happily exchange your item. This may take a little more time, though, as you need to first return the item to La Bonne Vie Bebe where we will process your credit and ensure that your item was returned to us in the same good condition as it was shipped to you. You need to contact Customer Care at customercare@labonneviebebe.com before you ship an exchange item back to us with your purchase order information, the date of your original order, and your explanation for the exchange. Also, you will need to provide us with the product information of the item you wish to receive as a replacement. If the price is the same,
there will be no adjustments, if not, the purchase price adjustment will be made.Should I ship my return or exchange back to the designer?

Absolutely! If you would like assistance in choosing that perfect gift, contact our shopping assistant at shopping@labonneviebebe.com and we will happily guide you thru the boutique and our list fine designers so that you will find that perfect gift.How do I request a custom order from specific designers who provide those services?
Custom orders, such as wall hangings custom painted by Sherri Blum Designs, for instance, can be made thru customercare@labonneviebebe.com. Just email us with your purchase order information, the date of your order, and the product that is being personalized information. Also, please provide us with the personalization information you would like for your custom order. Please make sure that you contact Customer Care immediately after placing your order for the customization to go forward promptly.
What are your boutique hours?
At La Bonne Vie Bebe, we are open 24/7 for your shopping pleasure. All questions and orders made are processed during the hours of 8am – 6pm EST Monday-Saturday. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
